All my life I’ve struggled with anxiety. From the time I was a little girl well into adulthood. I’ve done things to avoid feeling anxious, like overeating or having too many glasses of wine. The problem is it doesn’t really work.
It might feel like it’s working, but once you stop engaging with your avoidance, the anxious feelings come rushing back. In this episode, I’m sharing some tips I’ve picked up over the years to keep my anxiety at bay as best I can.
