  1. This summer I tried intermittent fasting again and I noticed that my gut weren’t healthy while doing it (I did it for two weeks). I don’t know if I should kept doing it because it was a short time and my body was getting used to my new “diet” but I was afraid of injuring my gut (as I did before)

  2. Not sure about keto being good for insulin resistance. Actually the opposite is true in my experience at least. The more fat you eat the less insulin sensitive you become. then you can’t eat one apple without feeling terrible.
