In this second installment on the #Mentalhealthandfitness series, we’re going to get into the science of how exercise changes the brain to improve mental health, talk about pro-med vs. Anti-med, and compare scheduled and “as needed” medication to scheduled and “as needed” physical activity as methods of mental health management.
