  1. I’ll admit I’m one of those folks who eats a lot of the same handful of foods throughout the week but I just adjust the amounts whether I’m dieting or reversing. The weekends I’ll mix things up a little but still do my best to track so I’m not going completely off the rails. Thanks for the content Paul!
